1. Personal Information We Collect

SELLI. (the “Company”) collects the following personal information to provide the Service:

  • Seller registration: email address, payout account information
  • At purchase: email address, GitHub username, payment information (processed by our payment provider — full card numbers are never stored by the Company)
  • Q&A / reviews: the nickname the author enters themselves
  • Automatically collected: access logs, cookies, service usage records

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

  • Member management and seller payouts
  • Payment processing and purchase confirmation emails
  • Sharing buyer GitHub usernames with sellers to grant repository access
  • Service notifications such as Q&A alerts
  • Fraud prevention and service quality improvement

3. Retention Period

Personal information is deleted without delay upon account closure, except where Korean e-commerce consumer protection law requires longer retention (e.g. contract/withdrawal records for 5 years, payment and product-delivery records for 5 years, dispute-handling records for 3 years), in which case it is retained for the required period.

4. Third-Party Processors

The Company uses the following processors to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting (US)
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and tax handling (US)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (US)
  • Anthropic — AI processing for generating product listing copy, primarily product-related text rather than personal data (US)

The Company does not share personal information with any other third party except as required by law or with the user’s consent.

5. User Rights

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time by contacting the support address below; we will act on such requests without delay.

6. Cookies

The Company uses cookies to maintain login sessions. Users may disable cookies via browser settings, though this may limit access to features that require login.
