Refund Policy
1. Sales Structure — Consignment Marketplace
SELLI. (the “Company”) is a consignment marketplace: the Company is the registered mail-order merchant responsible for payment processing and platform operation, while each developer (“Seller”) lists and provides the actual source-code product as a consignor. Primary responsibility for the content and quality of the code rests with the Seller. The Company acts as the payment channel and intermediary, supporting refund requests and coordination with Sellers under the policy below.2. Right-of-Withdrawal Limitation for Digital Content
Products sold through this Service are digital content delivered via download and GitHub repository access. Under Korean e-commerce consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal (refund for simple change of mind) may be restricted once provision of digital content has begun.
Accordingly, once payment is complete and the Seller has granted repository access (collaborator invitation) to the buyer’s GitHub account, refunds or withdrawal for simple change of mind are no longer available. This is clearly disclosed on the product page and at checkout before payment, and buyers agree to this before completing purchase.
However, if payment has been completed but the Seller has not yet granted repository access, content provision is considered not to have begun, and withdrawal/refund remains available.
3. Exceptions Where Refunds Remain Available
Separately from the limitation above, the following cases entitle a buyer to request a refund or remedy even after repository access has been granted, as these constitute a defect in the product or a Seller’s breach of obligation — a buyer’s legitimate rights take precedence here:
- The delivered code materially differs from the listed description (tech stack, core features, etc.)
- The delivered code has a significant defect, not discoverable before purchase, that prevents it from working as described
- The Seller fails to grant repository access within a reasonable time, such that content was never actually delivered
- The code is found to infringe a third party’s intellectual property, making normal use impossible
If you believe your case falls under one of these exceptions, please request a refund within 7 days of purchase following the process below.
4. Refund Request Process
- Step 1 — Contact support (below) with your order number, purchase email, and a detailed reason for the request.
- Step 2 — The Company reviews the request and, if needed, asks the Seller to respond, helping coordinate between Seller and buyer.
- Step 3 — If the request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method (via Lemon Squeezy) within 3–7 business days.
